Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

Create limitless applications with reliable FDM printing using a variety of known thermoplastics, with some rating for very high heat applications or resistance to oils and gas. Materials to consider are Antero 800NA, Antero 840CN03 (ESD), ULTEM™ 9085 resin, and ULTEM™ 1010 resin.

Selective Absorption Fusion (SAF)

Great for applications where bio-based materials or chemical resistance is desired, or when high volumes are required. Materials to consider are High Yield PA 11, Nylon PA 12. 

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

SLS is perfect for complex, lightweight models and small-medium-sized production components exposed to high heat. Materials to consider are Nylon 11 FR, Nylon 12 FR, Nylon 12 CF, and Nylon 12 HST.

Stereolithography (SLA)

For large and lightweight prototyping. Testing and validating new designs, testing fluid flow or cooling channel analysis. Materials to consider are Somos® WaterClear Ultra 10122, Somos® WaterShed XC 11122, and Somos® NeXt.

Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)

For chemical resistance or low moisture absorption. Materials to consider are Nylon 12 PA, and Polypropylene.

Yes, we will sign an NDA. We always keep customer information confidential and only release information at the customer’s discretion.

If you or your company do not have a standard NDA we can provide you with our NDA which protects both you and Stratasys Direct Manufacturing.

Do you work with countries outside of the United States?

Yes, we work with companies around the world, and we can ship to anywhere across the globe. Additional information and screening may be required at the time the order is placed.

What quality certificates do you have?

All of our facilities are meet ITAR security regulations and carry ISO 9001 certifications. In addition, we have several sites that carry the aerospace AS 91000 certification.
